Modular and containerised systems
In both the nuclear and offshore industries James Fisher Nuclear can provide equipment for short to medium term support of maintenance and decommissioning.
Using robust and reliable modular systems, which can be deployed at short notice and then recovered, allows you better space utilisation, reduces your maintenance burdens as the equipment is supplied in a ‘plug and play’ state. This substantially reduces your capital costs for installed hardware and infrastructure and gives you increased resource sharing across facilities.
Deploying equipment from a simple generator to a comprehensive waste processing suite has many distinct benefits over traditional costruction and we have many years experience in the design, build and testing of these systems.
Our goal is to maximise the the use of proven technologies to reduce cost and technical risk whilst maximising efficiency, performance and value for money.
