JFN is committed to continued growth and sustainability of the company's skill base.

We currently run an Apprentice programme and are members The National Skills Academy Nuclear with whom we work closely to develop our Apprentices and give them real skills and technical expertise that will equip them for the exciting challenges JFN and the Nuclear industry has to offer.

Our training providers, recognised and approved by NSAN, are Training 2000 and Gen 2 in Cumbria. JFN currently has several young engineering apprentices at different levels of the training programme.

throughout the company we have apprentices working towards real qualifications and developing their skills. We will be looking to recruit more apprentices in the near future, so if you think you have what it takes to be a Nuclear Engineer then get in contact.
